Makino (マキノ, Makino) is the film director that directed Yukie Fujikaze’s movies.

Personality

Makino is serious at times and is almost always concerned with his work more then anything else. He gets excited easily and begins to shout and jump around when excited. He is also a kind man who believe in trying hard and happy endings.

Appearance

Makino is an elderly man, with grey hair, and small squinted eyes. He wears a pair of blue glasses. Aside from his brown hat, his attire changes somewhat during the movie. First he wears an orange turtle-neck with brown pants. Later, when they arrive in the Land of Snow he wears a long orange coat and brown gloves.

Plot Overview

He is first seen talking with Team Kakashi about their future trip to the Land of Snow. He shows concern for Yukie, since she has started fleeing from the set ever since they told her about the plans to go to the Land of Snow. On the voyage to their destination, he supervises the players while they make a scene. When they reach their destination, he is overly exited that they have reached such a perfect location. Once he learned that Yukie is actually Koyuki Kazahana, a princess from the Land of Snow, he sees the opportunity to make a film with a real princess. He and his film crew then proceed to film the fighting scenes, with Team Kakashi also included.
